Gentlemen!

We are using your excellent book "Image Processing with MATLAB, Applications
in Medicine and Biology" to help us implementing an
high-speed-voltage-sensitive-dye-imaging problem for the Max Planck
Institute, and would like to know where we can download the Medical Image
Processing Toolbox mentioned in this book. The individual files on the
website (http://biomedimaging.org/BookMFiles.aspx) are not downloadable due
to an server error.
